I'm a qualified coach and entrepreneur with higher education in business, human resources, leadership and management. I have worked in media, marketing, telco, retail and finance industries, in leadership roles focused on helping organisations and the people in them do things differently.

Many of us have personal experiences that make us who we are. I'm super resilient now after a few life-defining moments, which enabled me to look at life differently.

These experiences have allowed me to get clear about what I am passionate about - what gives me joy, my spark. I'm clear about the people I love and alignment with values and mindset. I work with leaders who have the mindset of possibility and who are committed to making personal transformational change.

I've spent nearly three decades my career working with leaders, teams and passionate people to help them discover their true self.

But to do that I had first to discover myself. I've had a few a-ha moments to test me and learn from, along the way to find my sweet spot.

I'm a student of life, travel and human behavior, and I absolutely love everything to do with unlocking the unlimited potential within myself and also within others.

There is only one thing more rewarding than experiencing your breakthroughs, and that is the breakthroughs that I see with my clients.
