The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EIQ-2) assessment tool is used to assess emotional and social intelligence and provides benefits to understand an individual's emotional competencies. The tool offers a framework for personal and professional improvement.
How it works
The Emotional Intelligence Quotient Inventory has two parts:
- Individual group members respond to a series of questions relating to work, feelings around work and the workplace, and how they feel about customers in certain situations.
- The team member submits their findings, and I will help them understand the results and create a plan to quickly help them improve in areas lacking and focus on sites that are doing well.
